Orders abroad, please read!

Smaller orders are shipped via PostNL as letters without tracking. Delivery can take up to four weeks. Please take this into account when placing your order. Larger orders are shipped via DHL with tracking.

If your order takes longer than expected to arrive by mail, please do not contact us by email, but rather be patient. If you have not received your order after four weeks, please send us a message so we can take immediate action.

DHL shipments are usually delivered within one week; however, you can track the shipment status yourself.

We send larger packages with Post.nl or DHL including track and trace. The shipping rate depends on size, weight and the country where you live. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the end of your order.
